I was in a car accident in March where I was rear-ended, resulting in a concussion and several minor injuries. Even after reaching a near-full settlement, she went the extra mile to negotiate my medical bills so that more of the settlement could go directly to me. As a veteran, most of my care was through the VA, which can be complicated--but Maria still managed to get many of those costs reduced or even waived. What started as a stressful and inconvenient situation became a smooth and manageable process because of her dedication, communication, and care.
