I am quite disheartened by my experience with this law firm. Initially, they were warm and attentive when it came to processing the advance payment. However, when my mother sought information regarding her case, the level of attention and kindness noticeably diminished. Regrettably, this seems to be a common pattern among such legal practitioners, as their responses have been quite disappointing.
