Alison, and the whole team that has fought for me at KJ Injury, has been amazing!! I've been having a terrible couple of months, financially struggling and dealing with potential eviction. Not only was Alison instrumental in helping me get more compensation in my settlement, but she helped me get my settlement check even faster to help me prevent my eviction. She has kept amazing, consistent and professional communication with me and has helped me every step of the way. Don't waste your time with these people. They are unprofessional, never reply back and if they do it's weeks after. It doesn't matter how many emails or phone calls you leave. They take their time. Alison Jimenez, look out for her. She works with getting your check paid out to you. She is unprofessional. She contacted someone I strictly said wasn't even part of the contact list. Complete breach of privacy /confidentiality. Then if your case goes longer than a year they take more money out. This is a catch 22 because they work with a provider that all of a sudden they couldn't get in touch with. How is that possible when you refer this practitioner to all your clients? oh yea it's because everyone is getting a pay cut and you are sat here waiting being stressed out. I've worked with other injury lawyers and this one is by far the most unprofessional one I've come in contact with. Beware of the scam 5 star reviews below. Don't waste your time with this company, you deserve a client that works in your best interest not their pockets.
