Definitely would recommend Emily! Throughout this whole experience Emily took care of myself and two other family members after being rear ended. Whenever we had questions or concerns she got back to us quickly and explained things. I never felt like I was a bother to her and she would randomly call or text to check in on us to make sure we were being cared for throughout this process. She is very nice and professional. Whoever is running this firm should be proud. Every department I went to treated me like family and I maybe had 1 call not answered through the whole two years process. There a paralegal Paez that is very unprofessional and rude. She over talks people and doesn't know how communicate like an adult. The law firm over charge my family over 100k stealing more then half damages done to them. The whole experience is very distasteful. This young lady was acting as if this money was being disbursed from her bank account. Whether she's new or not does not give you the right to hold people funds. She resent the same document several times stating it was the in correct form but she sent it. If I could recall were you in the accident ? Paez is an emotional young girl that doesn't not have no business working a law firm. You can tell she got no attention her peers growing up. So now she's out to make people suffer do to her child hood trauma. Keep your personal issues away from the workplace making everyone suffer. Grow up !!!
