I am a current client of the company and I will say I was very pleased with the interest and the service that they were giving me when I first came to them in 2023 of August spoke with Josue a few times they were sending me to the correct doctors we'll they were sending my daughter they were really on top of things than it just went quiet for like 10 months. I heard absolutely nothing until last week. GREG called me and he is the only reason I will RATE this place a FOUR stars I have not spoke to my team. He (GREG) is the only person that has reached out and has been very patient explained everything to me that was going on with my daughter's case.this Law office has great potential and they could be top of the line if they took their clients more seriously GREG LOERA has contacted me at least four times since Tuesday of last week I called to speak to my team they have not called me back. I guess they are too busy. Maybe their caseloads are more than they can handle. I believe their names is Edgar ,Monique and there's one more person. I have no clue what their name is, I have never spoken to any one of them. Would I ever go back to this company? Probably not I would be very wise this time around I referred two people to this Law Office and their cases were closed. They settled....It has been two years and I am barely getting my medical records requested. Very disappointing again thank you so much GREG although I know you will never see this message but I rate you five because you are awesome!!
