Client Testimonials

Client

I contacted B&D after I was injured in an accident and the other party had no insurance. I was told when I did the intake that if the person that hit me had no insurance they would still be able to help me out. I was also told that I would get regular case updates. After two months of waiting with little updates from B&D, even when the letter they sent the other party caused the other party to show up to my workplace and harass me for getting lawyers involved, I was called to be told that since the other party had no insurance and because I only have state minimum insurance they wouldn't be able to help me. I am now in trouble at work for being involved in a lawsuit. I told my case representative what I was told and she told me that she's not sure what I was told at intake but that they have no capacity to help me. Seems like B&D will tell you anything you want to hear so that you sign up with them and then they leave you completely hanging. I would not recommend this attorney firm.

I am grateful for the hard work that B&D's legal team did on my behalf. While it was a long six-year journey from my case's beginning to it's end, my case concluded in my favor, and it is a relief to know that it is finally over, and I was justly compensated to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend the B&D Law Group to anyone who is involved in a personal injury lawsuit. Their expertise in thoroughly handling personal injury cases and their overall concern for a client's medical well-being speaks for itself. They are caring, respectful, and they go the extra mile to ensure that a client receives the compensation they deserve. Thank you to Mr. Kheiri and the entire B&D Law Group. Joan Adrienne S.

I am writing to formally express my deep concern regarding the handling of my personal injury case and the conduct of my assigned case manager, Maria Sanchez. Since July 2025, I have experienced repeated issues with communication, follow-through, and responsiveness from Maria. These issues escalated after my second fall on September 28, 2025, and I believe they contributed to the firm's decision to drop my March case. I respectfully request that this be reviewed. Timeline of My Communications: July-August: Early Communication Issues July 14th: Called Maria at 10:19 AM. No response. July 15th: Called at 2:27 PM. No response. July 16th: Called twice (1:50 PM, 1:51 PM). No response. July 17th: Called at 3:39 PM. Spoke briefly with someone. July 21st: Called at 3:00 PM. No response. July 30th: Called twice (2:19 PM, 2:25 PM). No response. July 31st: Maria finally called at 1:24 PM. We spoke for 8 minutes. She gave me a phone number "for future reference," which she later claimed was for texting only. August 1st: Called twice. No response. August 5th: I began texting due to lack of response. September: Urgent Follow-Up After Second Fall Sept 2nd : Texted urgently at 9:57 AM. She replied at 2:59 PM saying she'd call before the end of the day. I called her 7 times that day and she never called. Sept 5th: Sent 19 photos of the accident and 9 screenshots of my conversation with my safety manager. She called at 10:57 AM, said she'd speak to the attorney. No follow-up. Sept 10th: Texted again. No response. Sept 11th: Signed a new retainer with another firm because she never got back to me. Sept 16th - 17th: Resent photos, emailed them, and confirmed receipt. She claimed she hadn't received them before, despite my proof of multiple attempts. Sept 26th: Received email from Greg Herrera stating the demand package had just been sent to the defendant's insurance. --nearly 6 months after my March fall. Sept 30th: Maria called to inform me the firm was dropping my case. We argued, and she said would have the attorney to call. Instead, I received a formal drop letter. Oct 1st: Received my file via email with a statement that I am responsible for medical bills and should seek another attorney. My Concerns Maria repeatedly failed to respond to urgent texts and calls, even after promising to follow up. She claimed not to receive photos and texts that I have proof were sent and resent. She did not inform me when messages failed to come through, nor did she offer alternatives until weeks later. Her miscommunication and lack of urgency caused me to seek new representation for my second fall. I believe her conduct may have influenced the firm's decision to drop my March case, despite my consistent efforts to cooperate and provide evidence. These issues began as early as July, and I have call logs to support this. What I'm Requesting A formal review of Maria's handling of my case. Clarification on why the March case was dropped after nearly 6 months of delay. Confirmation that my communications and documentation were properly considered. A written response acknowledging this complaint and outlining next steps. I have always acted in good faith, documented everything, and tried to work respectfully with your team. I am disappointed by how this was handled, and I hope you will take this seriously. you are the worse

They mishandled my injury claim, communication was terrible. They approved 3 injections, I did not agree, I told them that I had no more pain, I wanted to settle and they said " you have a strong case, why don't you continue with the treatment" multiple times I wanted to settle and they opposed, "it's a slam dunk " Michael Geoola told us. They never really cared about my injury. I was going through and still am going through financial hardship. 2 accidents, both not at fault 1 of them involving law enforcement and the other also had some kind of law enforcement involved as in the driver's. I am still not done after almost 2 years. I am in the process of filing lawsuit. Law malpractice, negligence, breach of contract and beyond. I don't recommend them at all they are bad......
