First sure mostly everyone is never happy with attorney they deal with so with that said this was how my experience was, with any sort of dealings with an attorney. First I called and talked over phone "free consultation" and so was emailed agreement to sign and send back, and then would start paperwork ASAP. Had all paperwork ready in two days for me to sign and go over and review. Was informed had to drive to LA, and not Long Beach(where I lived and called that office) to sign off on paperwork and so I agree to drive distance to get it all taken care of quickly. When time came to go to hearing I was going to meet a lawyer whom seemed to just be given my folder and so after hearing asked a question and told me to contact my law firm, so this lawyer was just hired to take me through hearing. Fee I was charged after meeting with other lawyers was in the same range, and compared to some much lower, had two that wanted almost double what was being charged by Wadhwani & Shanfeld. So having being first time and only time so far having to deal with personal legal issues, I had a few concerns, but process was painless and cost was huge savings compared to other lawyers I had previously met about this issue. Also the fact that was taken care of very quickly was a plus for me to get it off my shoulders. *After posting review above I had been contacted by law firm to discuss concerns raised in my review, to explain and see if everything was fine and if any other concerns I might have had. Greg had explained why at courthouse was a lawyer that I never met and could not answer questions for me. Once Greg explained that this lawyer has done thousands of these hearings and he is hired because he knows exactly how it works and to get it completed quickly with little or no issues. For questions and being told to get with my lawyer makes sense now since will never see this lawyer and will always be able to contact Greg at law firm if needed, so understand why forwarded me to Greg about any questions I had about anything. So fact that they reached out after my case was done with and read my review and explained to me the few concerns I had, is a sign that they care about clients and explain and make sure understand why things were done this way.
