I was connected to Jenn Bartick at Shouse Law Group through a recommendation from a close friend who lives out of state, but had heard of Jenn's work. I had prior legal issues from the past (13 years ago) that I knew I needed to take care of. Jenn took on my case and treated me with respect the entire way through. Though I expected and was ready for significant legal actions due to my legal issues in the past, Jenn was able to settle and reduce my warrant to a misdemeanor and have it dismissed. Following a confusing arrest and two potential charges - several other firms or individuals didn't even return calls - Shouse had someone available immediately, answered questions and let me know who would handle cases like mine in the court where I was assigned. Immediate sense of connection and progress. For my case, I worked with Neeraj Singh - he made contact, introduced himself and gave me an overview of the process and expectations - It was immediately apparent that this IS what he does and I didn't have to learn how to make the system work, I could just let him handle the process. He was available via e-mail as I had questions and concerns along the way and always responded very quickly - he handled preliminary court dates, so I didn't have to attend until necessary. Everything worked as expected for our course of action and I walked out of court with my charge dismissed and no lingering responsibilities or obligations. I think that's as clean a solution as I could hope for. I don't recommend getting in a mess to begin with but Shouse Law Group and Neeraj were able to clean it up when I needed it.
