I dealt with other law firms and I wanted to try the advertise best. I drive for a living and I seen billboards everywhere. I was recently disappointed as I signed up 2 months ago for a slip and fall. I didn't get the kind of attention I would normally get if I was in a car collision. In fact, I felt ghosted when I would call. I couldn't get through when I called. Wouldn't get the call back as expected as I continuously called and when I got a hold of someone they acted like it was no big deal. No apologetic or nothing. I recently got a letter when they dropped my case. No reason or explanation why only encouragement that I should or could look for another lawyer and that was it. No explanation. I'm highly disappointed at the customer service and the representation that they cleaned to have with their clients. I am deeply saddened with this famously icon will fight for you but there's no communication or reason why they dropped the case
