I cannot even express the trust I have in this attorney. I was first referred to him from someone else in my profession when I was served papers. It was a frivolous lawsuit. But in CA anyone can sue anyone for anything, Kurt read the complaint....asked several questions and at the end of my consultation he said.....you will win but it will cost you a lot of money. I appreciated his candor. He was right. I won, it cost me a lot of money....but Kurt is a right fighter and he knew this was all wrong! We won in a jury trial........I learned so much about the judicial system that I never thought I ever needed to know. I know I am better at my job because I ended up studying the laws to get me through this. He was an amazing honest the most ethical council I could have ever hoped for to help me. And I appreciate him so much. If he is willing to represent you you will know you have the best advocate on your side. I could not be more thankful to him....I learned so much...You could not ask for anyone better than Kurt.
