He has served his base term already so we were hoping an opportunity to appear in front of the judge. Last week, we received a letter saying Mr. Humphrey appeared in court for my husband several weeks ago and claimed my husband "waived his right to appear in court." My husband did not even know this court date was scheduled until we received a letter in the mail saying Russell Humphrey claimed his client waived his right to appear.
