Cline APC - California Lemon Law Attorney

When I first start researching Lemon Law, I found Cline APC's website provide excellent information on the CA lemon law, paperwork to prepare, and steps to take to start a claim. When I knew I had case, I was able to submit by paperwork and was able to schedule a call with Mr. Cline within a day. He gave me a very detailed break down of the process and what to expect. I decided to move forward and the process was straightforward and the team continued to keep be informed. I had the pleasure to work with Mark and Eric as well ,and they both took a great deal of time to explain the situation and next steps. Lisa and Diana kept me informed and answered emails and calls in a timely fashion as well. I ultimately got by car bought back with minimal deductions. It was great overall experience. My beautiful 2021 Bronco, which I bought used, was a total lemon. Less than 10,000 miles and still under the original warranty when I bought it. After Ford denied a buyback, a friend recommended Cline APC. The process was long, but they always kept me informed. Eric Natenstead was even able to ensure Ford honored their verbal agreement to the buyback after the law quietly changed in October 2024, making used cars ineligible under the lemon law-even if they meet the three/original warranty requirements. And when I goofed on which method I preferred for receiving my payment, print at home versus a physical check, Cline APC quickly helped me to resolve the problem I had inadvertently caused with my credit. Cline APC worked hard to make sure Ford did right by me.
