I'll give him 3 stars, just because he finally got a result and we settled. However, he needs to be pushed every step of the way. He takes his sweet time. A simple, not at fault car accident case, took him over a year to finish. He is arrogant and some times rude to answer your questions. Every few months, when I asked him about our case progress, he would say:" I JUST GOT..." either an email, or phone call ... from the other party's insurance. He likes to keep the settlement money in his account as much as possible, unless you insist. I would definitely not hiring him again ever.
