Case took 3 years, and got switched to several different attorneys before getting a permanent one. always had to call to check up on case because I never got an update if I didnt call. I'm happy that my case won, just unhappy with the fact I was told at the beginning of my case is that if I won, attorney fees would range from 10-33% depending on if taken to trial. I was charged 40%. Trying to find my paperwork that shows up to 33%. Other than that, no complaints.
