I was involved in a bike accident in June 2024, and on the recommendation of my bike technician, I reached out to Bike Legal. Denise and Mathew handled my case with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. In a short period of time, they were able to settle my case with an outcome that exceeded my expectations. Denise was incredibly responsive--always available to answer my questions and address any concerns. She promptly arranged calls with Mathew when needed, and both of them were thorough in their explanations throughout the entire process. Back when I was more involved in the cycling scene I would see Bike Legal logos all over at cycling events and as sponsors.
