I'm disappointed to share my negative experience with Aegis Law Firm, particularly concerning the class action administrator they hired. The administrator sent the settlement check to an old address and failed to make any effort to contact me, despite having my phone number. While I'm glad the funds were at least donated to charity, this situation has caused significant complications. The IRS is now requesting taxes on these funds, and the administrator is refusing to correct the erroneous tax forms (W-2 and 1099) they issued. As a result, I'm now being wrongfully assessed taxes for money I never received. This situation has caused months of frustration, including hours spent working with the IRS, gathering documentation, and trying to resolve the issue. It has left me with a very negative experience of my involvement with Aegis Law Firm. I am disappointed that Aegis Law Firm chose to work with an administrator who has such a low rating (2.6 stars), which ultimately raised concerns about their oversight and due diligence. I sincerely hope we can work together to resolve this matter, as this experience has unfortunately diminished my confidence in the firm's ability to manage such important details.

I had a great experience with Aegis Law firm overall. They were very knowledgeable when it came to the issue I call them off. They were always in contact and updated my frequently as the case continued to progress. At the end I was very satisfied and happy with the result. Thank you very much Aegis! Aegis Law Firm is the greatest!!! Originally I met with Mr. Hawk who made me feel very comfortable and knew I was in good hands. Ethan was the main one who I worked with. He was so patient and kind dealing with me. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who needs help. They go up and beyond what is required of them. I never had to do this before but Aegis Law Firm made it comfortable and handled everything while keeping me well informed.

I had an absolutely great experience with Aegis Law Firm. The whole process took a little longer than I was hoping (about one year) from start to settlement, but what do you expect, it's a lawsuit. My lawyer, Sam, was great throughout the process, quick to take my calls, gave me great professional advice, and was a rockstar when it came time to settle (other party did NOT want to go to court). Overall, I had a great experience with Aegis Law firm and would seek their services if I had to again.

I absolutely love this firm! I met with several firms to discuss my case. Some wouldn't give me the time of day, others dismissed me promptly. Aegis met with me, actually let me share all the facts of my case, then decided to take my case on. They were very clear, upfront, and constantly in communication with me, answering all my questions for the whole duration of the case. I wouldn't recommend any other firm more highly than Aegis. Very impressed! Hopefully you never have to be in this situation but, if you're looking, do yourself a favor and call Aegis first.
