I came into the firm in May 2025 for a family law/ custody matter. I was serious about securing legal representation, which is why I paid the $750 consultation fee up front. I had heard many great things about Ms. Zamora and her firm, and I truly believed I would be treated with professionalism, empathy, and care. Unfortunately, my experience during the consultation did not reflect those expectations. From the beginning, I was not provided with clear instructions on what to bring or what the consultation would entail. I believe more transparency from the firm about what a proper consultation requires--both in terms of documentation and expectations--could have made a meaningful difference. When I met with the attorney who handles family law cases, I did not feel supported or guided. Instead, I felt interrogated and judged. The attorney focused heavily on events that occurred more than a year ago--details that I no longer found relevant. I struggled to recall some of the specifics, not out of dishonesty, but because I was emotionally overwhelmed. This was a very difficult and painful time in my life. At one point, the attorney accessed a court order and, upon realizing that I had not fully explained that detail, her demeanor shifted drastically. She went from stern to accusatory, suggesting that I had intentionally misled her. That was never the case--I simply did not remember every detail and had not come fully prepared because I wasn't guided on what to bring. Instead of compassion, I felt humiliated and attacked. The consultation quickly shifted from what I hoped would be a helpful legal discussion to something that felt more like an interrogation. I was then handed off to another staff member to discuss retainer fees, without ever receiving a clear explanation of how the firm would handle my case or what legal strategy might be pursued. Which I also believe was a lack of miscommunication. I did not know what questions to ask and this information was not freely given on what their process is like. This was my first experience trying to retain a family law attorney, and I came in with every intention of hiring the firm. But after that consultation, I no longer felt confident that the attorney assigned to my case would advocate for me. In fact, I felt prosecuted rather than supported--especially for circumstances and details that, while part of my history, were no longer a central issue. While I understand the importance of understanding background details, the way in which those questions were handled lacked empathy and professionalism. I left feeling dismissed, judged, and emotionally shaken during what was already an extremely hard season of my life. Sadly, I did not feel like a valued potential client--and that was the most disappointing part of all.

Please do not go to the firm if you're looking for a Lemon Law Attorney. Maria the paralegal had me come in a year and a half ago. I gave her all the service records for my Range Rover. Months go by she did not contact me after repeated calls, I went into the office and she told me that she never had me sign the retainer. So here we are a year later and she's dealing with corporate. She was very poor at following up and communicating with me And when she did communicate it was through long email messages which could've been handled in a single call. Land Rover Corporate apparently walked all over her and initially retracted any deal they had. Never once did I talk to the attorney. Here we are today I get a second opinion for the another Lemon Law and they said that your attorney failed to file within the statute of limitations, which pretty much basically destroyed my case. She did not advise me that trying to negotiate a With Corporate eventually would cost me a lot more by not filing. And lastly, she sends a letter and says go find another attorney After the damage has already been done by that firm Fortunately, I'm dealing with Corporate myself and it's much better and I could've prevented a lot of the headaches with thus firm. They need to get a new paralegal or maybe she's going through some stuff and needs to take family leave
