I called this attorney today and explained to the receptionist that we had been denied SSDI originally, but then they decided my husband was disabled. He's been disabled for 3 years and was paid one year on SDI. Social security will not pay the additional two years we've been waiting to for the approval. Eric Hunt and personnel did a awesome job in my case. I just had my appeal (favorable thank you God). When the judge asked me questions I was extremely nervous to the point where I went blank and Eric Hunt helped me to regroup, Mr. Hunt ask the same questions but in a way I could understand.
