I can't thank Mark enough for everything he did. He is a miracle worker and I am incredibly grateful for his help. He is worth every penny and is someone you should absolutely hire to help defend you. His knowledge and experience in the field really show in the results. He was able to get my charges reduced to a wet reckless, something I honestly didn't think was possible given my BAC levels. On top of that, he was able to help me win my hearing at the DMV, which meant my license was not suspended and I no longer needed an SR-22! A huge miracle!! He kept me informed the entire way through, responded very quickly to all of my questions, and helped me avoid the stress of going to court or the DMV hearing as he went on my behalf. I hired Mark Blair for a friend as a 1st time DUI defense lawyer. He gave us the rundown over the phone. He seems to be quite competent. He met us at his office in Hayward at about 8-9pm on a Monday night. His retainer wasn't a bad price. He was able to contact the DMV the next day and get the hearing for the license suspension all in order so we didn't automatically lose the drivers license(most people don't know you only have 10 days to stop the DMV from taking your license automatically after the 30 day temporary license is issued) He gave us all the information to get everything in our favor as best as possible before court. The only problem is finding a 1st time offender DUI school to attend VIA zoom. I feel like he has everything under control. I will update this after court. 4 stars for now. If he can fix all of this nonsense I'll go for the 5th star. If he screwballs the case, then, no stars.
