Dan Kazachiki at Arbat Law is very professional and intelligent at knowing Tenant & Eviction Law. He has great communication skills, and does not compromise his work ethics. He is not afraid to stand and speak for what is right to protect the interest of his client. He is very easy to work with. If there was a no star available I would definitely select that option. As an establishment that is supposed to help their customers who seek legal counsel at their worst moment. You would think that the communication would be stellar, well it wasn't. The sense of urgency they had was not there, and frankly I will not recommend this to anyone. I saw bad reviews about bad communication, but chose to ignore because perhaps those were disgruntled customers who didn't get their way. Absolutely not! The communication is terrible.
