I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I received from RA & Associates. From the very beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. I was supposed to be referred to several specialists for treatment, but was told I needed authorization from the law firm first. Despite repeated follow-ups, I often never heard back, and the medical providers never followed up either, leaving me without the care I needed. I did not seek out this Law firm. I was trying to contact AAA on google, the other party's insurance, but instead i got this law office. Even after I said I had made a mistake and called, someone from the law office called me back and said they were a law firm and could represent me. Trying to get in touch with someone was a constant struggle. For example not receiving a call back in over a week and that took me calling and leaving a message . On one occasion, an employee even hung up on me, and when I raised a complaint about it, it was completely ignored. Most of their communication came through impersonal text messages, even when it involved important updates like my settlement amount. Once the get the settlement money sent to them thats when they barely communicated with me, barely any response or updates. They take almost half of the settlement as well (45%), way more than other law firms, alongside my medical bills, I was left with way less than they told me I would be offered. Even after the settlement was discussed, I had to press for explanations just to get basic transparency. I did not feel respected in how I was treated or spoken to throughout the process. When I asked to escalate my concerns and speak with a manager or supervisor, I was told the attorney was in charge but I wasn't given his contact information. Instead, I was told to write my concerns down, and they would be passed along. That felt dismissive and unprofessional.
