Overall my case did take longer than I expected but it was because the defendant's insurance (Farmers) trying was saying that I was fine when I was not, but JT took it to the end and ultimately got me the policy max. I was also provided a truck rental for 5 months due to a parts shortage and I wasn't going to settle for anything other than OEM to fix my truck. It was all paid for by defendant's insurance. Also, I was at a complete stop on the freeway in traffic when I was rear ended by someone doing 65mpg according to the defendant, but im sure that he was going much faster, probably more like 80mpg. hired JT Legal Group after a car accident in 2024. They repeatedly told me they would obtain a minimum settlement of $15,000 plus property damage and a three-month car rental reimbursement. My damages were over $17,000 and I also suffered the devastating loss of a pregnancy related to this case. Now they are trying to settle me for $5,666 -- less than half of what they promised and far below my documented losses. They did not secure the property damage reimbursement or the car rental reimbursement I was promised. I feel lied to, misled, and abandoned by a firm that took my case and gave me false expectations. I am posting this to warn others: do not trust JT Legal Group with serious personal injury claims. Their promises do not match their results. I want them to contact me immediately to resolve this fairly and reimburse the full amount they implied they would pursue. If they do not respond, I will file formal complaints and share this experience widely. (FACTS: Accident in 2024, damages > $17,000, promised minimum $15,000 + property damage + 3-month rental; current offer $5,666.)
