My experience with this law group was awful. The receptionist, Angela, that answered my call was rude. I asked several questions and she was not able to provide me with answers. She demonstrated to have no knowledge of the company she works for. While she was trying to find "answers" I was put on hold for about 10 mins and then disconnected the call. I call again and my call was not answered. Though the attorneys might be phenomenal, the receptionist is terrible. I will be going elsewhere.

I just want to say, I am very happy that I choose JCR law group, they helped my husband till the end, they got him more than we thought he would get, the front office is friendly and helpful on the phone.
