This has to be the worst firm I have dealt with. They took over 2.5 years to finish my case and didn't even try to get me a settlement. I don't have time to write extensive reviews, but trust me when I say this firm does not care about you and only their pockets. Of course they'll say anything to lure you in to sign up with them, it's like throwing gum at the wall and hoping it sticks. If they lose or don't get you a settlement, they don't lose anything, YOU DO! Now, they respond with their generic defense which makes absolute no sense. ANYONE reading this can go back and see that your replies are the same with all your unhappy clients. 1. If I knew apex was doing me a favor, I would have accepted the many firms who offered to represent me and they would have fought for my case. 2. I elected to settle because your firm couldn't even get the chiropractor YOU sent me to, to bring down their price, (which took 6 months for you to negotiate) and they still pushed apex around in negotiations. 3. How would I get a second opinion if statue of limitations had passed with the case apex took 2.5 years to settle. Do not use this firm unless you want the attorney to get 40% and you are scraping the barrel scooping up pennies on the dollar. I wouldn't even refer your firm to a stranger off the streets and I'm not the only one who feels this way about apex.

Terrible. They had many red flags that I ignored, which is on ME. from the jump, they acted as if they were doing me a favor because I was uninsured at the time of the accident, as if that isn't their job to work with people who are prop 213. Everytime I would call for an update, they were getting smart, again talking to me as if they were doing me a favor with their condescending tones and smart remarks ( Nicolas ). I proceeded to continue to let them represent me cause I recognized I was expecting an update pretty early on ( within two weeks ) because I FELT I had an easy case, im not a lawyer, but im not stupid. The whole time they represented me, they told me going to the emergency room wasn't necessary being that they were sending me to a chiropractor anyway. I listened and come the 30th day from the accident, THE SAME DAY THEY SENT ME TO THE CHIROPRACTOR FINALLY, they called me once I left and said they cannot represent me due to the other parties insurance continuously denying liability. It's just another typical rinky dink insurance firm who doesn't care at all about who they're representing. Believe them when they say they only make money OFF OF INJURY; because yes that's true and that's ALL they care about. I'm so tired of these subpar businesses in 2025 that can get away with ANYTHING. no, you Didn't do me a favor because you guys are pro bono, you didnt do me a favor by picking up my case AT ALL. They knew what they were doing because THEY ARE LAWYERS, they waited until the 30th day to not represent anymore so that no one else would. Every attorney I've called since is saying no, ONLY DUE TO THE GAP OF TREATMENT. which again I listened TO THIS LAW FIRM who told me repeatedly the emergency room wasn't necessary. I WOULD FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY IF THIS IS WHO YOU PLANNED ON GOING WITH; UNLESS YOU WENT TO THE ER ABOUT TO DIE BASICALLY!

Apex attorneys provided me an excellence customer service their so reliable, attentive & kind. I was panicking because I had an incident & they immediately helped me out. The girls had great communication, helped me with the process, had so much patience. They were such a huge help, I recommend coming here, excellent customer service !

Apex attorneys have far exceeded my expectations! They included me every step of the way and offered different solutions that my insurance can provide that I didn't even know existed. Communication was great, customer service was great, and they did most of the work which I loved. God forbid I get in another accident but if I do best believe I'm coming back to Apex.

They were very helpful every step of the way. Kept me updated with everything going on answered any question I had and always polite with everything. I highly recommend them.
