My mom started her immigration case in February 2025, after 6 months they finally sent the application, but those 6 months were terrible. They request documents, call for interviews and claim they don't have the documents they asked you to email (ssn, tax, not safe!) they won't give you a portal or anything to securely provide the documents or to keep track. They kept asking for the same documents over and over again. Once we reviewed the application, they had very serious mistakes - incorrect birthdates, marriage dates, etc. When confronted about it all they say is not to worry that it will correct before they send it out. But they don't understand the urgency. Documents should be completed correctly if we give the information as requested. They are rude and you are stuck with support staff who is also unprofessional. They will cut you off and not let you speak. This is the same of the lawyers and support staff. Avoid this place. Take your money to a real law firm with real lawyer and professional staff. *update* They called to resolve this issue. Their resolution: take the review down or we will freeze your case with us. How disgusting. Joel called me to ask me to take down this review because it hurt them. I asked them to fix their problems and that the review would remain because it was an accurate representation of the treatment we received. He then went on to say we have no trust in them if the review is up and therefore can no longer represent us. He then floated the idea of not being able to prep us for the immigration interview (already included in our contract) and not being able to respond to any uscis requests/questions on our case. I asked for an email confirming that they no longer represented us, or that our case was "frozen" on their end. We got nothing. They will try to intermediate you instead of addressing their issues. Luckily my mother's case was approved. But we never heard back from them. No call to update us. No email to let us know that uscis made a decision or anything. Very terrible service.
