The worst experience I've ever had or probably will encounter in my entire life. My son was hit by a drunk driver who ran a stop sign, My son received a major concussion as well as stitches to his head and scrapes and scratches throughout his whole body. I don't know how, but I do know that the Wagner group was out lawyered by the drunk driver's attorney. The drunk driver walked away with more money in his pocket then what we received every time the other attorney asked for something the Wagner group Gave it to him. Did not even put up a Fight. If it wasn't for our son's friends insurance, we would be owing the hospital bill because the Wagner Group failed in so many ways. Please Be aware of low budget attorneys like the Wagner group. And good luck getting a response back when sending a email, we literally got no response for months at a time and had to make several visits for a follow up. Thanks in advance.
