Working through probate can be overwhelming, but Tomassian Pimentel Shapazian made the entire process so much easier. From the very beginning, they were compassionate, patient, and truly took the time to explain every step so I understood what was happening with my case. Communication was always clear and consistent. Anytime I had a question or concern, they responded quickly and guided me with honesty and professionalism. What could have been a stressful and confusing situation ended up feeling manageable because of their support. I'm extremely grateful for the way they handled my case and the respect they showed toward my family during such an emotional time. I was very impressed with how quickly the office responded to me. Gazelle, the receptionist, was especially attentive and made sure my questions were addressed right away. She was professional, courteous, and efficient, which made the whole process much smoother. It's clear she cares about providing great service, and I really appreciated her help. My experience with the firm over about a year was top notch. To me, as the Administrator of the Kathie Ellen Schnetz Estate, I felt it was beneficial to be located in the same location area as the attorney handling the probate, as I was able to visit the firm many times regarding docs to be mailed and/or picked up. This definitely curtailed mail time, et al. Most of my contact was with Christina Salinas, Para-Legal, and our relationship was very good throughout the entire process. She always made herself available to assist me when needed. Although my contact with Gerald Tomassian was limited, it was also very good, and I knew that he and Christina consulted continuously for my benefit. I would not hesitate to recommend the firm and individuals to anyone. I also want to thank my long-time good friend, Jerry Tahajian, Attorney/Of Counsel with TPS, for referring and recommending me to Gerald to handle the probate, even though the firm is not in the Sacramento area where my sister, Kathie, lived.
