October 7, 2024: Update on My Experience with Goldberg & Ibarra Law Firm I appreciate the effort from Goldberg & Ibarra Law Firm in responding to my initial review just a day later. This was followed by a phone call from Mr. Ibarra himself, which I found encouraging. He took the time to prepare me for my deposition later that week, and after the deposition, he called again to review it and discuss my concerns. While I can't say whether I will see further follow-up and changes in communication or organization just yet, I was able to express my frustrations directly to Mr. Ibarra regarding the lack of timely responses and the general disorganization I've experienced with his staff. In a positive development, I finally received a mailed letter from the staff outlining the date and time of my deposition, as well as an email reminder on the day of the deposition. These steps indicate that there may be an effort to improve communication, which I hope will continue. However, my experience still highlights ongoing concerns about the firm's overall communication and client service. I remain cautiously optimistic about their ability to address these issues moving forward, but I will continue to monitor the situation closely. Goldberg and Ybarra were so helpful understood my problem is right from the get-go didn't need to reiterate myself numerous times like I did other offices and to get nowhere they were the only off the office to help me here in Fresno county on my workers compensation case I highly recommend them!!!
