I couldn't have done my disability case on my own. I would have given up! And that is exactly what SS Administration hopes for. I hired Pena & Bromberg at the very beginning. It took 3 years, 2 appeals, and a hearing with the judge and I finally got it!!! Pena & Bromberg was there for me the entire time by keeping me notified of what was happening. I'm certainly glad that I have chosen Pena to assist with my appeal process. They have been working hard for my rights and I am grateful. I do not recommend this place. I am a disabled veteran and you would think I would win. However, thanks to Juanathan Pena and his staff they did not help in completing my case the right way. They set me up for failure, did not submit the correct information, passed me around like a dog toy. I would get text messages around 5am, lack of communication and no care for my life. It is not easy to be a gay veteran and it is not easy to live with so many problems. Getting approved for SSDI would have been life changing but now that I have been denied I no longer qualify, thanks for nothing. Please look elsewhere or take the change of the samething that happened to me will happen to you. In closing, I wish him the best and for him and his team to do a better job helping people not making their life worse. Attached is a list of issues I had.
