I reached out to the Law Offices of Eric P. Oren as a prospective client, but was disappointed by the lack of communication and urgency. It was difficult to get timely responses, and I felt like my inquiry wasn't even close to a priority. While I understand firms can be busy, a little more follow-through would have gone a long way in building trust and professionalism. Hopefully, they can improve the intake process for future potential clients.

I found this office through a referral from another Attorney and I am forever grateful. I was experiencing a significant issue and was overwhelmed. When I met Mr. Oren I felt confident, he is very knowledgeable and overall nice person. Strange to think in one of your worst moments of a lawsuit and yet a comfortable feeling when this law firm represented me. Mr. Oren is very organized and knew the details of my case. His communication to me through the process was outstanding and he knew my case forwards and backwards. Mr Oren's knowledge of the law was impressive through out my case. His staff is amazing, great people and great communication. They also were very familiar with my case, able to answer questions and communicate with me professionally. It's not often that you find such a cohesive group of people working together. I was extremely pleased by the outcome of my case and the great group of people with Mr Oren and his office. I highly recommend his office and would refer anyone that has legal issues.

I don't usually do reviews but this one was well deserved Mr. Oren and his team Lupe & Sandra are absolutely amazing Let's start with Lupe and Sandra they are excellent at what they do. They are the most patient individuals I have ever came across. Sometimes it feels as if you are speaking with friends how genuine they are. I had an issue at work and my previous attorney just did not make me feel confident I search and did my research and went straight to Eric from the start he was confident in my case. Since this was a very difficult time for me his no-nonsense style and knowledge of the law and the system were invaluable. He over exceeded my expectations nothing was "sugar coated". He was straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. Eric kept me informed of each step and what the options were and what the risks were. He was reassuring, articulate, personable, knowable and effective. Eric made the process so much easier and gave me peace of mind in a stressful but successful outcome. There were no empty promises made just to keep the client happy which I know sometimes occurs when seeking counsel. Since this was the first time having to seek counsel I had many questions. When calling the office His team was always there to answer all my questions. I was never left to wonder or to figure it out for myself. I highly recommend him for any work related injury , discrimination , harassment, wages & hourly claims, auto or motorcycle injury, Child injury, elderly abuse, Construction site injury. Eric Oren came to our house. We had been in a very nasty auto accident. We called and asked if he could come to our house as my wife was unable to be in a car due to her injuries. It was a very easy case so he even lowered his fees due to the fact it was not going to cost much or go to any type of trial. He was able to get the Maximum for each of us even though I was only slightly injured. It was a very traumatic situation and the Law Offices of Eric P. Oren made it a very easy situation after he took the case. I see that there was a bad review on the front page. I am guessing that person must have been very impatient. I have never used an Attorney before. Mr Oren made it a very easy and comfortable situation and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them from the bottom of my heart for the work they did on our behalf.

Mr. Oren and his and his team Lupe and Sandra truly exemplify the highest level of professionalism. They were so patient and understanding of my concerns, they were readily available to take my phone calls and answer my emails, they helped me feel like things were accomplished in a timely manner, they were extremely knowledgeable in the area of my concerns, they were so reassuring during a difficult time in my life, and they were so attentive and thorough in helping bring my concerns to a positive resolution.
