Scott is a straight shooter and a fighter. The entire time he was handling my case he was straight up and honest about what the process would be and what I could expect. He was also dead on with assessment from the first day. What stood out for me was that his first priority was making sure that I didn't feel overly encumbered with the process, his first advice was "go home and heal." He and his staff checked in throughout and made sure I had a good handle on where we were in the process and never felt lost. I first heard of this law firm from their radio advertising on fox radio station. When I called the firm I was immediately treated with warmth and respect. Everyone from the receptionist, assistant and of course Scott were completely professional. They made me feel like I was very important. I would describe their actions in one word...Awesome!! Had an Incident last year and my grandma takes me here to get some help. I didnt really think i was gonna get anything from the accident but the people i was working with basically said i would get something to help me pay my medical bills and for pain and suffering.. Its been months now tried to get in contact multiple times at first but the person i needed to talk to was always in a meeting. After about three months I finally went up to the office and asked to speak with the woman im working with and it was fairly awkward and their by the facial expression wasnt to happy to see me, i go on to ask if everything is okay and tell them the hospital has been harassing me about the bill and if the process is all done, the answer i got was just tell them to contact us... not gonna lie not sure if the office told the hospital something or if the hospital gave up and just put it on my credit. About two more months goes by (December) and i decide to call the insurance agent the office is talking to and find out whats going on... The agent goes on to tell me everything on her side is done she has called and left messages but no one got back at her... So i give the office a call and let them know, so they tell me they will get on it but they need something from the hospital??? Now in feb have not heard a word no check up or anything i dont know if they are milking it cuz its not a big money case or what but i just would have expected this to be an easy case and should have been taken care of months ago
