Mr. Lucas has been professional and attentive to the needs of my mother. I like how he addresses her directly even though I am there to assist her. He shows he such respect and at the same time acknowledges my presence and role. Incidentally, there is a bad review on here about not being able to obtain a trust copy. We had the same issue and as it turns out, if the original was lost, there is no way to ensure that the client hasn't revoked their decisions, will, or beneficiaries. It did not take much time to rectify this, although there was a fee. This to me is reasonable as it is protection of the estate/assets. If you're reading this, guard the original documents and know their location at all times or you will have to go through the recertification of the trust processes. Luckily my mom is not deceased. If the owner of the trust IS deceased thinking you can go into the office and just grab a copy is not going to happen.
