I was referred to AD Williams after a horrible accident when someone ran a red light and made me spin out of control into another car. My accident involved 5 cars so it become a bit complicated with the other parties involved. My case took almost 2years to resolve and the staff at Williams and Seemen were patient and walked me through the whole process. Although their entire staff was excellent I felt Jay Kim was the one that stood out the most. He helped me through the deposition and mediation process and communicated with me the whole time. He handled my case with such care that I felt like I was talking to a friend. I'm very grateful for Jay and grateful for the outcome of my case. Thank you for fighting for me and not giving up till we got a fair amount. I highly recommend this firm for anyone looking for a personal injury attorney.

I was going to retain this firm on a personal injury case. Both attorney Williams and jay kim seemed very interested to take my case and we had a zoom meeting to iron out last minute details and go over the "game plan" for my case. Afterwards, I was sent a retainer agreement to sign. They must've thought I would sign the retainer without reading it, because as it turns out, these attorneys tried to take advantage of my desperation and pull a fast one by inserting an egregious clause in the retainer agreement that no one in their right mind would agree to. When I asked for clarification, jay claimed Williams was "rubbed the wrong way", which was a HUGE red flag because why wouldn't a trustworthy attorney want to provide clarity of a retainer? And who would be rubbed the wrong way by that? Looks like I dodged a bullet. You gotta watch these ones and READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN. I'm glad I didn't let them take advantage of me. If you read the response to this review below, the attorney continues to lie and say that former liens come out of the lawyer's share. But if you look at the picture of the retainer I was given from them, it literally states the opposite. (i circled and highlighted the discrepancy) so LIKE I SAID, you definitely have to watch these folks. They will try to pull a fast one in a heartbeat, and it's really unfortunate that so-called attorneys have such unethical behavior.
