I strongly advise against dealing with this company! They are only interested in collecting money, and after signing the contract, they simply disappear along with the lawyer. It's impossible to contact the lawyer, even when the matter is urgent -- all communication goes through third parties who have no understanding of legal issues. Whenever you ask for something, they always respond with the same line: "The lawyer is busy right now, he'll call you back later" -- but you'll never receive that call. At the most difficult moment, they took $12,000, and when I filed a complaint that they weren't fulfilling their obligations, the firm secretly terminated the contract and said: "If you don't trust us, go to another company." At the same time, they're trying to keep the money for themselves without doing absolutely anything. Their attitude toward clients is careless, irresponsible, and highly unprofessional. They show complete indifference to your problems. Be careful and don't believe their promises! The first red flag is when the contract is signed not by a lawyer, but by other representatives of the firm. That alone should make you suspicious. Anyone who has faced a similar situation should contact the State Bar of California, where you can file a complaint against a lawyer or law firm.
