I would give zero stars if I could. Regularly put on hold for 20+ minutes after asking simple questions. Rarely contacted proactively with case updates. Turn over rate on my case has made it difficult to know who to ask for when I call. Took 14 months for me to receive any money for the injury settlement of my case. Documents from guilty parties insurance have been dated 2-3 months prior to me seeing them. I gave a lot of grace to them thinking it was all the insurances fault, but I don't trust that they were contacting them properly or pushing hard enough. Still waiting on property damage portion of my case, but part of me doesn't even count on it because now that the firm got their money from the injury portion, they probably won't care about me getting it. Overall a horrible experience. I regret signing with them.

I'm currently working with this law firm on a complicated total loss claim for my Tesla, and they've been amazing. They took my case seriously from day one, explained every step clearly, and even filed a complaint with the Department of Insurance when the delays became unreasonable. They've stayed in communication, confirmed the repair estimate was over the total loss threshold, and have been actively pushing the insurance company for answers. I've felt supported, informed, and protected through the whole process, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend!
