The staff are very supportive and accommodating to follow ups and update requests throughout the process. My only disappointment was the case was submitted without the firm discussing the case with me. They seem to have predetermined the outcome of the case and just went with it without involving me prior to legally starting the case. I got to talk to the lawyer assigned after the automotive co has responded with their offer. I'm no legal expert and for all I know this could be the norm but how could a law firm represent you without talking to you first.

I see the lemon law attorneys in the ads and I did not expect they will help me with my case regarding my vehicle and the dealership. The process took over the phone and lasted for couple of months processing but I was able to get compensation for the damages done by the dealership. I did not pay anything at the beginning, no payment necessary to process the case but once you get compensation, portion of it will go to the lemon law attorneys.
