So here is the skinny on Brian, I came across him by completely random luck. And let me tell you, it couldn't have worked out better. I was injured when visiting CA and about 6 weeks after my accident I started reaching out to attorneys. After contacting about 8-10 law firms large and small, I couldn't get a call back from anyone to discuss my case. My thoughts were there wasn't enough money to be had for the large law firms to put in the effort. My injuries healed and were not life threating. But still I wanted to talk to someone to see if I had a case. Finally, I reached out to a law firm in my home state. Well someone there just happened to attend law school with a personal injury attorney in CA. So I contacted that attorney, and that attorney wasn't able to help me due to the facts of my particular case, but that attorney put me in contact with Brian. Like I said random dumb luck. Brian agreed to represent me, and I couldn't be happier. After the initial consult I sat back and let Brian do his thing. He would check in from time to time with me. Staff would send forms for me to fill out as deadlines came due. I never had any issues getting in contact with him or his office. He was gracious enough to even give his cell number, so should I ever have any questions, I could have reached out to him. Now I didn't have a lot of questions, I hired Brian to let Brian do the work. If you are going to hire an attorney, you have to trust that the attorney is going to always put your interests first. I never doubted it. He would give his advice, and then let you make the decision. He was great. His staff was great. If you are considering an attorney, in my opinion, you can't go wrong by selecting him to represent you. You won't be disappointed!
