This company will give you money right after an accident, but that's where the help ends. I initially borrowed $3,000, and even though my policy limit was $100,000, I've only received a total of $4,000 from them. Their loan limits are ridiculously low. Even after several of my medical bills were negotiated down, leaving only two remaining, they still refused to offer more than $1,000. Once you take a loan with them, you're stuck--you can't borrow from any other company, so they basically have you in a chokehold. Customer service was just as bad. I dealt with Bryan, who flat-out refused to give me the tracking number for a check they were supposed to receive. I could easily get it from my lawyer, but his unprofessional attitude was unacceptable. If I ever get into another accident, I will never use this company again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Go somewhere else--this company's limits are way too low, and their communication is terrible.
