Without revealing the circumstances that led to my contact with Attorney Dan Bacal, allow me to say that from my very first conversation with Mr. Bacal, I was convinced that he truly cared about those whom he represents. I contacted him by email and he called me back from his home, on a week-end. From that initial ten minute conversation, I knew that he was a caring and competent professional. His personal attention to the issues at hand was both comforting and reassuring. In my search for an attorney, I contacted one of the attorneys with a full page add in the phone book. I was switched around to three people and finally ended up speaking with one of their "customer service/sales" representatives. After receiving a sales pitch, I was informed that their legal fee for the type of legal representation that I inquired about would be $7,500. I never did get to speak to one of their many attorneys. The bottom line is that I feel fortunate that my research led me to Attorney Dan Bacal. His personal attention and his professional manner prompted me to write this review. And by the way, Dan Bacal's fee was significantly less than that referenced above.
