Some of these review are not truthful AT ALL! I've hired Krystle for my Mother & she did a DAM GOOD JOB! She kept in contact with my Mother & allowed me time to get paperwork back to her. Not only did they win our case but they treated us like FAMILY! They made sure that we were good every step of the way. If you want results from your case, which you obviously do and which is why you're even fighting a case, DO NOT hire Krystle Clervaud. Once Krystle gets the retainer fee, she will stop showing interest and will not prepare for the case. She will however, scare you minutes before the hearing saying your case is weak and that you will lose, and she'll need more money for the whole thing. Yeah no kidding, when my lawyer is so confident! Krystle didn't show up to one of my hearings and I was notified at the last minute - no intimation, no reasons. To top it off, her paralegal Alex Sandoval is the worst. He takes months to complete the paperwork which will still have many errors and incorrect details. Then he starts whining that he is not good with computers and he is not happy with the customer. Worst and Very unprofessional Law firm who will belittle you and will intently try to lose the case if you don't end up paying them as demanded.

I was able to retain Krystle and amazing is an understatement. Made a stressful situation easy and handled all the issues in the case. She spoke up and defended me and my stance on the situation and made the best outcome possible for my children with many obstacles in the case that could have went so bad. I wish i could give a million stars she was Very communicative, tentative to the case, and left no issues unresolved and made sure i understood it all, literally felt the weight of the world fall off my shoulders, If you want progress and action in your case you need this firm in your corner.
