I was very impressed by my experience at Michael Brown's Law office. His staff was very helpful and quick to respond. Once I sat down to meet with Michael, it was evident that he had extensive knowledge and experience as he took his time to answer all of my questions. His attention to detail and patience made me feel at ease with the process of setting up my living trust and complete Estate Planning Package. I am so grateful to Mike and his staff and highly recommend this business!

Atty. Brown is reasonable and approachable lawyer. He asked us several questions and gave suggestions on updating our living trust. I'll recommend him to anyone needing help on their Estate Planning issues.

We've had several items of business before this law office, and both have been handled professionally. The estate living trust that we put together was easy to understand and they were very helpful in getting it completed properly. We still have another issue pending that we are waiting for resolution on.

This office was not interested in our business nor were they considerate of our time. We scheduled an appointment to discuss setting up a will and trust. We arrived at our appointment 10 minutes early and the receptionists informed us that Mr. Genovese was in a meeting and would see us shortly. After 20 minutes (10 minutes after our appointment), we were still waiting and no one in the office bothered to provide an update. When I asked if he was still in a meeting the receptionist replied, "he's in a final signing and sometimes they run long" and never bothered to check to see how much longer it would be or provide any other information. About 5 minutes later someone came out to tell us it would be about 5 more minutes. Well, that 5 minutes blew by and still no one provided any update. In my opinion this is unprofessional and poor communication. To be fair, we never got the opportunity to discuss our legal affairs with any one at this office so I can't provide a review on any service. However, first impressions are important and often an indication on what to expect.

Thank goodness my sisters and I found Michael Brown. It was tough dealing with the family money when my father passed but Michael was sympathetic and informative and patient with us. Michael's firm got the estate all sorted out for us. It's such a relief to have that taken care of!
