Do not even attempt to work with this law group! In other reviews you don't see any number and just describing regular work by any attorney. I hired them after an auto accident to handle a personal injury case. Initially, they sent me elevated medical bills totaling around $19,000, significantly higher than my actual medical expenses, which were approximately $11,000. I promptly reported them to the California State Bar. They requested 33.33% for doctors fee while the original doctor fees were only 35%. After two years of working on the case, they unexpectedly requested a staggering 33.33% of the total compensation for medical expenses. When I inquired about the specific details of these fees, I discovered that the medical fees are inflated and are a lot higher than. market values! For instance, they requested $1,700 for X-ray imaging, whereas in my previous auto accident, I had only paid $225 for the same service. In my previous case with a different law group, my attorney was able to negotiate medical bills from 46% to only 7%; thus, I managed to secure approximately 68% of the total recovery. However, with this law group, the outcome was far less favorable. Here's their common practice based on other clients: 1. Attorney's portion: 33.33% 2. Doctor's fee: 33.33% 3. Client's portion: 33.33% Initially, I attempted to negotiate with them and reduced the attorney's portion to 25%. They finally offered me 50%, but still the medical bills were significantly higher than fair market values. If your case has not been settled yet, you can transfer your case to other attorneys that are more clients based! But be carful, if you sign the settlement form (from insurance), you will be in trouble and you have to go to court!
