Came to PT on doctor's orders and I was hesitant at first as this was the first time in my life needing PT. I had to prep myself in the parking lot before stepping foot inside - that's how worried I was about the unknown. Once I got inside and situated with Riley, all my worries went out the window. He was super calm, friendly, and professional. He laid the process out for me in simple layman's terms and guided me through each potential step and the general timeline I should expect, while all the time making sure I had all my questions answered so that I was at ease. He gave me his honest opinion on my situation and likelihood of completing PT ahead of my doctor's plan. I really appreciate how straight forward Riley was and every thing was quick to the point. Riley and the aides walked me through each of the activities and exercises and then just let me do my thing without hovering. Overall great experience at this PT spot. I even got to run into the owner, Gary! He has a super loud booming voice, very fitting for the owner! Give these guys a chance. I had a great experience.

Best experience ever. Everyone from the front office staff to the PTs and aides are amazing. So caring , compassionate. This is the third time i have used them and would definitely go again if needed. Only PT agency I would use. They truly care about their patients.

The Gary Souza PT outfit is about the best thing to happen to me health recovery wise since retiring. I've had other PT appointments with bigger outfits before but that felt like a "mill". Get you started and get you out of there as fast as possible! They were professional but somehow not as personable. With Riley and all the staff from the front office to the PT Aides (Diane, Amanda, Anna, Jay, Ella...to mention a few) it's more like a Country Club than a clinic. They make you feel welcome, comfortable and happy to be there and I think that's the best medicine to aid with your physical recovery. 3/25/25 update Wrapping up my PT sessions this week and I'm very happy to say it was a success! The first couple of weeks showed the biggest improvement with Riley taking my pain level down from an 8 out of 10 down to a 3 making it very tolerable. The progress sort of hit a plateau from there but after a few months of therapy I can say it's almost completely gone! The one thing that really stood out is the "personal" attention they give you, not clinically sterilized like other outfits I've been to. I actually looked forward to my sessions. Kudos to Riley (or should I be saying Dr. Charles?) for working his magic and special thanks to aides Jay and Ella for making my workouts go by quickly! Turning 70 this year and I'm not hoping for another injury but if I ever need PT again the Gary Souza outfit is THE place to go!

my orthopedist recommended this place, close to home, for my torn meniscus. Dr. Austin was very attentive from the first day: learning my issues and level of pain in various movements/positions. then he started prescribing exercises and explained the reason for each exercises. all the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Gary Souza Physical Therapy is the best! I've had physical therapy at some of the large physical therapy groups which don't compare to Gary Souza. The therapists are professional, hands on, and so warm and supportive. They care and take time to ensure you get the best results. Don't go anywhere else.
