Brian is level headed, smart, and protects his clients. I walked into court today thinking I was going to walk away with no progress and it was very much the opposite. The judge was also very appreciative of Brian and the way he made his job so much easier. My coparent and I have a high conflict relationship and somehow Brian was able to negotiate with my ex and his attorney in a way that had us walk into court fully agreeing on every matter. Saved us a lot of time and money. I didn't have to do a thing besides tell Brian how I felt and he handled the rest. Just truly a great experience. Also I love his paralegal Judy. She has been very supportive and a huge help. One thing I will say is if Brian is not concerned about an issue you bring up, you shouldn't be either. If you are high conflict, you'll end up wasting your money on having your attorney either pick unnecessary fights that you won't win or regulate you emotionally. I definitely learned a lot by example from Brian on keeping a level head during the court process. My exes attorney was ready to fight everything for him and Brian was basically a snake charmer LOL made friends with the opposing counsel and negotiated away. Will update when all is said and done! :)
