I had two consultations with this firm regarding a custody matter, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. In both meetings I felt that my case was misunderstood and that key details of my circumstances were not taken into account. At one point, there was even a suggestion of bad faith by a prior lawyer, which was inaccurate. Rather than receiving clear guidance or a timeline for next steps, much of the consultation time was spent with paralegals explaining things I already understood. The attorney herself did not stay engaged for the full consultations, and I did not feel that my concerns were addressed in a direct or helpful way. I paid for two 30-minute consultations but left without a clear plan forward. While I appreciated some of her initial comments about child advocacy, the overall lack of clarity, continuity, and direction left me feeling that my time and money were wasted.

Sherine and her staff are the definition of integrity. They are in the business of family law for the RIGHT reasons. I came to Sherine in dire need of help in my child custody case that was an absolute mess. I still 100% back my previous review. A lot has happened to my family over the last year. Sherine and her team rallied around me. Things with my custody battle have finally come to a close and we are in a good place. My son is thriving and that is what matters. Even then, I know that no matter what comes up I will have Sherine and her team there.

Sherine & her team are a first class operation. In the world of family law, having representation who is ethical, and willing to take the time to fully understand your case is everything. Sherine is a lawyer with integrity, has a thorough knowledge of family law and truly understands the caveats of the legal system in Yolo County. Sherine is able to remain calm, apply her skills and obtain a fair outcome without the use of bullying or intimidation against the other party. Sherine is an amazing attorney. She knows the law, and she is extremely familiar with Solano and yolo county, which is where my case was. I hired Sherine for a custody battle with my Ex, I started the case on my own, when I needed help, I spoke with several attorneys, I hired Sherine because I felt that she was the best fit for my situation.
