Bryan K Nguyen Law Group is outstanding. This is the second time I chose Bryan as my accident attorney, and I've been very happy with the outcome both times. The more recent car accident was a big one, involving multiple people getting injured and multiple totaled vehicles. It was a horrible experience from which I'm thankful that I'm alive and recovered, and I'm thankful for Bryan helping me every step of the way. The accident happened shortly after the Palisades and Eaton fires, and my insurance (State Farm) was being a terrible neighbor: unresponsive, letting my car sit in storage accruing unnecessary fees, and giving me lowball offers for my totaled vehicle. Bryan fought strategically for me, fighting with State Farm for as much as he could, and then pursuing the offender's insurance for the rest or my car's value. My injuries lasted for months after the accident, and Bryan and Nicholas were so helpful arranging where to go for XRays, MRIs, PT, and doctor's assessments. It was nice that I didn't have to do any thinking and researching, they literally took care of everything. Plus he's super on top of answering my calls and explaining things in plain English. It was my first time being involved in an accident of that caliber, and the way they took care of me took a ton of stress off the whole ordeal. At the end of everything, I am very lucky that I did eventually recover to baseline, and the final settlement that Bryan got me way exceeded my expectations. I hope never to go through that again, but at least I have a PHENOMENAL attorney in case it does happen. I was referred to Bryan Nguyen by a friend after my car was totaled in a rear-end collision. My then-boyfriend was the one driving. We had crystal clear dashcam footage and the other driver admitted fault at the scene. This wasn't a complicated case. Bryan offered both of us a better contingency rate than the bigger firms and I even convinced my boyfriend to choose him over a more established law office, thinking the personal referral might lead to better treatment or a more attentive experience. Unfortunately, once the settlement check cleared, I felt completely dismissed and ignored, and that decision became one of my biggest regrets. Even as the case dragged on for over two years, I was extremely patient and respectful. I never nagged him, never demanded updates and never pressured him. I trusted that he was doing his job and that everything would be handled fairly. When we finally received the settlement, I signed the paperwork assuming everything had been split fairly between us. Later, I found out that my ex, who had the exact same case, same accident, same footage, received several thousand dollars more than I did. I was shocked. I reached out to Bryan for clarification, expecting a simple explanation or a good faith effort to address the difference. Instead, he seemed more surprised that I was still in contact with my ex than actually answering my question. He told me I was "scrimping over a few thousand dollars," which felt extremely condescending and dismissive, especially after being such a cooperative client for so long. I wasn't asking for anything extra, just to be treated fairly, considering we were part of the same exact case. He told me he'd "think about it" and get back to me. He didn't. I waited a month and followed up once - no response. I waited two more weeks and followed up again - still nothing. I didn't yell, I didn't threaten, I didn't accuse him of anything. I just sent two respectful texts asking if he had an update. Then, completely out of nowhere, only after my ex texted him to follow up on my behalf, I received a legal threat letter from Bryan. In it, I was accused of harassment and extortion, two things I absolutely did not do. I had never even mentioned leaving a review or doing anything public. It was shocking and honestly disturbing to be met with a threatening legal letter instead of just being treated with basic professionalism. To me, it felt like a blatant attempt to intimidate me and silence me from sharing my experience. There was no explanation, no resolution. Just veiled threats, baseless accusations and a clear message that I should stop asking questions. This review reflects my personal experience and opinions as a paying client. Everything I've written is true to the best of my knowledge and supported by messages and documentation. I believe that clients deserve to be treated fairly and respectfully, especially when they've been cooperative and patient for over two years. I left this situation feeling dismissed, disrespected and bullied. I regret ever hiring Bryan Nguyen and would not recommend him to anyone.
