All Star Physical Therapy

The receptionist was nice, they scheduled me without an issue. The PT work itself, I had not much improvement. And their PT assistants slack off, they would put me to do an exercise and have me wait for a very long time, until the next one. All they do is talk among themselves, laugh, and have you there waiting while they finish their jokes. I guess they forgot I was there... My treatment ended and had no improvements. Now I have a new referral to a new PT clinic in town. I wouldn't recommend this place.

My therapist, Dr.Jim, was absolutely amazing! He was attentive, patient, and after about 3 or 4 weeks I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility. However, during my appointments I often felt overstimulated and overwhelmed by the atmosphere. Several patients are seen at the same time in the same room and there is constant chatter among staff members. Timers are going off constantly and I often felt like I was in other people's way when I was doing certain exercises. Sometimes multiple assistants would be giving me exercises, while other times I'd be left waiting and I'd just lead myself through my exercises. Nothing was inherently wrong, but it didn't feel as personal or professional as other PT experiences I've had. Everything was still organized and everyone was still friendly, but I think I prefer a place that feels more intimate.

I have been going to this place for some time now and I always feel welcomed. The staff is very nice and helpful. Very welcoming environment. Dr Dhvani Chauhan, DPT my therapist is amazing. She really helped me to fix my issues with her expertise. Never had an issue to schedule my appointments, front desk is very helpful.

Today I went to Mercy to get my knee brace sized I walked in and it's a small quaint office very nice office staff I went into get my brace sized the gentleman that helped me was so kind and very helpful If you need and products of this kind go to this office you'll appreciate your visit Thank you for being so kind and helpful
