We needed our living trust updated and we contacted Daniel Little. He updated our trust within a couple of weeks and answered questions we had regarding the update. I called to inquire about setting up a trust for my wife and I ... and was met by someone who was unwelcoming and callous. I hope MetLife has better reccomendations to follow.

If i could give zero starts I would. This has been the most unprofessional law firm that i have ever seen handle an estate. They would not answer questions and even when they wouldn't answer questions they would charge a fee to the estate. We were told that lawyers fees in california on an estate are 50% of the estate by the executor, Georgina Hermes, not the legally allowed amount in California. I wouldn't deal with them, and take your business elsewhere unless you want to pay 10,000 two simple documents that were filed with the probate court. They have sent a letter to an uninterested third party about the estate and have been generally, the worst law firm i've ever dealt with to date.
