I live in FL and needed help with some kind of quit claim deed to pass on to our son our property in CA upon our death. I called up a few family estate lawyers in CA and selected Atty. Robert Clavel to work with because he sounded professional and insightful on the phone of my situation. He explained why the revocable transfer on death deed is not the same as Life Estate Deed (Ladybird deed) in FL.
