I had a wonderful experience working with Adam M. Hahn and Samuel Messina! I was in a car accident back in March and I knew I needed the best of the best to handle my case. My college student son was hit by a car while bicycling back from classes one day. After initial doctor visits were completed, it appeared that he had at least a broken arm or hand. I had no experience with injury accidents, but realized there might be complications from the accident in the future, and had no idea what to do about it, so I did some research and called a few accident attorney offices. After I talked to a few different offices, things sounded even more complicated, and one of the offices was calling me every day to see if they could represent my son. They wanted to send him to particular doctors, etc., and this just sounded like too much effort for a simple case. I contacted my company's EAP, and they referred me to Penney and Associates. From the first consultation, I felt we were in much better hands. They weren't pushy at all. I had collected all the medical records from my insurance company, and my son had the police report of the accident, then Penney and Associates took it from there! The case was resolved a little over a year after the accident, which was fine with me because I wanted to be more assured there weren't underlying medical injuries that had not manifested before accepting a final settlement. My son's broken hand healed, and is completely functional. He received a settlement payment that was the max payout of the at-fault driver's insurance, less my insurance company's recovery of medical expenses and less attorney's fees, of course. I'm extremely satisfied with the results from using Penney and Associates to represent my son in this accident case. So glad we chose them! They are personable and understanding to talk to, and they were very patient working with my son. Because they were working on this case, I didn't have to worry about it, and could focus on my job, and my son could focus on getting back into classes. We can't recover the college quarters my son lost, but Adam Hahn and team definitely recovered more money than we would have on our own (if anything)! I highly recommend this law office!

My father was hit by a drunk driver last year while out walking his dog. As you can imagine we were devastated! We didn't really know what to do, but knew we should probably get him a lawyer. My oldest brother had a neighbor that highly recommended that we use this firm. We went to meet with them, just to get some advice and see if we would be interested in even pursuing action with them for representation. Ultimately, we wanted my father to make the choice, but he was in a coma and we weren't sure when he would be able to talk again. Long story short, we met with Fred Penney and Seth Madden, and Seth became our attorney and our go to guy. We had a particularly crazy situation because my dad had a psychotic girlfriend who was trying to take over at the hospital. Between my five brothers and I, we must've called Seth 4 or 5 times a day for weeks talking about what we should do for different scenarios, or sometimes just venting about how crazy everything was. Seth seriously became like our best friend, talking us through some of the most stressful times we've ever had. He wasn't just our attorney to represent our dad, he became our family. Can't thank Seth enough for everything he did for us and my father!
